1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the i899 website, mobile web platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by i899. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with i899's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. • You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, intermediary, or nominee on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make your continued use of the Platform harmful to your financial or personal wellbeing.

i899 may request documentary evidence to verify your age, identity, or location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the betting and casino features of i899, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on i899. The maintenance of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. i899 uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, i899 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bets and casino winnings connected to those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. i899 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

i899 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID Card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and any other documentation reasonably requested. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

i899 currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also accepted. i899 may add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your i899 balance within a few minutes. i899 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account used to deposit must match the name on your registered i899 account.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. i899 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals, subject to verification status and platform operational hours. i899 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be approved to accounts that have passed KYC verification.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on i899 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). i899 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required on the player's side is the player's sole responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on i899 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event type selected. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" bets) are accepted at i899's discretion and are subject to the live betting rules displayed on the Platform at the time of placement.

5.2 Odds and Market Settlement

Odds displayed on i899 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. i899 reserves the right to void or amend odds that have been published in error (including "palpable errors" where the odds clearly do not reflect the true market value). In such cases, affected bets will be settled at the corrected odds or voided at i899's sole discretion.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by event, sport, and market type. i899 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts or market types at any time without prior notice, particularly where irregular or professional betting patterns have been identified.

5.4 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical errors, the use of prohibited software, or the determination that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

6. Casino and Games

i899's casino section includes live dealer games, slot machines, table games, and other game formats supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. i899 makes no warranty regarding the continuous availability of any specific game and reserves the right to remove or restrict access to games at any time.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers under real-time supervision. i899 does not manipulate game outcomes. Any malfunction of game software will void all related plays and wagers for the affected round. Stakes will be returned to affected players.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Practices that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (bonus hedging or arbitrage), and using bots or automated tools to generate wagering volume. Where bonus abuse is identified, i899 will cancel all bonuses, void all associated wagers, and may permanently close the account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i899 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using the accounts or payment methods of another person without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the Platform.
• Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or engaging in match-fixing or the use of insider information in sports betting.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the i899 Platform or its content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward i899 staff or other users.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

i899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Request by the account holder for self-exclusion under i899's Responsible Gaming Policy.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, i899 reserves the right to withhold any funds remaining in the account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from the player's own legitimate request (e.g., self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method after the completion of applicable verification checks.
